Bearlute is an investment product of Bear Industries designed to essentially allow everyday individuals to become the bank and lend money to Bear Industries for their real estate projects.
Which consist of rebuilding abandoned and distressed properties into modern and affordable rental property that is designed to turn an incredible profit while also making a difference in the community around it.
WHAT WE DO
We purchase abandoned and distressed properties “shitholes” for significantly less than the surrounding market price.
We rebuild them into new affordable housing.
Once construction is completed, we rent the properties out for fair market value.
When the property is producing income for a few months we either sell the property for a profit or refinance it with traditional financing to pull out all of our investment plus additional equity to share with our investors
